PHP is ideal for individuals who require structured daily treatment but do not need 24\/7 medical supervision. Clients attend programming five days a week for several hours each day, participating in group therapy, individual counseling, psychiatric support, medication management, and life skills training.<\/p>\n

PHP is designed to address not just substance use but also co-occurring mental health conditions, trauma, and behavioral patterns that hinder recovery. Through evidence-based interventions\u2014including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care\u2014clients begin to understand the root causes of their addiction and develop the tools to change.<\/p>\n

Clients in PHP can reside in our sober, supportive housing, where structure and accountability reinforce the work being done in therapy.
