Recovery Services
At Fellowship House, we offer a full continuum of care for individuals seeking recovery from substance use disorders. Based in the heart of Scranton, Pennsylvania, our evidence-based and spiritually grounded programs are designed to meet clients where they are and guide them toward lasting recovery. Our levels of care—Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Outpatient (OP), and Residential Services—provide a supportive path that transitions individuals from intensive clinical treatment to independent, purpose-driven living.
A Seamless Continuum of Transitional Care
Our model emphasizes the importance of transitional care. We recognize that recovery doesn’t happen in a vacuum—it requires structure, community, accountability, and flexibility. By offering multiple levels of care within one unified system, clients can step down gradually as they build stability, resilience, and independence. From residential support to outpatient programming, our services empower individuals to rebuild their lives on a foundation of integrity, dignity, and hope.
Our Services Include:
- Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP): A structured, clinical day program that offers intensive therapeutic support while clients reside in our recovery housing or live independently.
- Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP): A flexible, step-down level of care that provides ongoing clinical support while allowing clients to reintegrate into work, school, or family life.
- Outpatient Program (OP): Designed for individuals with a stable recovery foundation who benefit from continued weekly counseling and accountability.
- Residential Services: Safe, supportive housing for clients participating in PHP and IOP—offering a substance-free environment where community and recovery go hand-in-hand.
- Life Skills & Transitional Support: Throughout each level of care, clients receive practical tools for budgeting, employment, communication, and emotional regulation to ensure sustainable independence.
