A Full-Time Commitment to Healing
Fellowship House’s Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is our most intensive level of care outside of inpatient hospitalization. PHP is ideal for individuals who require structured daily treatment but do not need 24/7 medical supervision. Clients attend programming five days a week for several hours each day, participating in group therapy, individual counseling, psychiatric support, medication management, and life skills training.
PHP is designed to address not just substance use but also co-occurring mental health conditions, trauma, and behavioral patterns that hinder recovery. Through evidence-based interventions—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care—clients begin to understand the root causes of their addiction and develop the tools to change.
Clients in PHP can reside in our sober, supportive housing, where structure and accountability reinforce the work being done in therapy. This combination of intensive treatment and recovery housing provides a strong launching point for long-term success.
Program Highlights:
- 5 days per week of structured programming
- Individual therapy and case management
- Daily group therapy and psychoeducation
- Psychiatric evaluations and medication support
- Access to holistic modalities (yoga, meditation, etc.)
- Sober living housing available
