Biography
Founder & CEO, The GUIDE App
Patrick Sandone is a seasoned entrepreneur, investor, and purpose-driven innovator whose work sits at the intersection of technology, well-being, and mission-critical service. Prior to founding The GUIDE App, Patrick built and sold Net Driven, a successful SaaS startup he grew to over 100 employees. Before that, he scaled his family business, Sandone Tire, nearly doubling its revenues by implementing modern technology solutions that added more than $10 million in sales.
Patrick’s early career includes time as a venture capitalist with Monitor Clipper in Boston and an investment banker at DLJ in New York City. He earned his B.A. in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania, graduating summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, and went on to receive his M.B.A. with honors from Columbia Business School.
After exiting Net Driven, Patrick faced a period of burnout and depression—what he now describes as the beginning of a five-year journey into personal transformation. That journey led him to deeply explore mindset, emotional intelligence, purpose, and self-mastery. It ultimately inspired the creation of The GUIDE App: a wellness and resilience platform designed specifically for high-stress professionals including first responders, veterans, healthcare workers, and other frontline workers.
Under Patrick’s leadership, The GUIDE App has become a secure, anonymous mobile platform that combines micro-learning, peer-based support, and emotional fitness training—all backed by clinical outcomes. Early pilot data shows a 29% reduction in anxiety and measurable increases in emotional regulation and goal-directed behavior. The GUIDE App has been recognized as a finalist in the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs’ Mission Daybreak initiative and is currently scaling nationwide.
Through his work, Patrick continues to champion a bold vision: to empower those who serve others to live resilient, purpose-driven lives—and to make mental wellness as accessible and stigma-free as physical health.
